(A) Eligibility for Return and Refund
  1. If the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete upon delivery, please contact us immediately for return or refund.
  2. If the product has been delivered that does not match your order
  3. You must provide clear proof of the defect of product(s).
(B) Conditions for Return and Refund
  1. To return the product, you must contact us while the delivery man is present.
  2. You must notify us the faulty issue of product while receiving the product.
  3. The product must be in its original packaging and condition.
  4. All original labels, barcodes, receipts, etc. must be returned with the product.
(C) Products Not Eligible for Refund
  1. Products that have been used, damaged, or are missing components.
  2. Requests submitted after the notification period.
(D) Return Process
  1. To initiate return process, please contact our customer support team and provide your order information.
  2. Our team will verify the eligibility of your return and upon approval; the return process will be initiated.
  3. You have to bare the return shipping charge of the product as per amount of delivery charge.
(E) Refund Process
  1. We will inspect your returned product upon receipt. If the product is acceptable, the refund process will be started.
  2. If any coupons or discounts were used, the refund will be issued minus from that amount.
  3. If you placed an order via EMI, the applicable EMI processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
  4. Upon approval, Refund will be made via mobile banking of bank transfer. This procedure usually takes 3-5 business days to complete fully.
(F) Order Cancellation
  1. Ali BD (alibd.com) reserves the right to cancel any order within 48 hours for unforeseen or unavoidable reasons.
